From day one, our goal has been simple: to go above and beyond for our customers, ensuring every experience with our brand is a great one. This approach has paid off. In 2025, we were thrilled to win the Product Review Award for the sixth year running. It's like getting a high-five from our customers, letting us know we're on the right track.
How it started
DIYblinds began as a side project for co-founders Evan Montero and Liam Dobson, who both worked in finance and shared a passion for shaking up old industries. When Evan couldn’t get a quote for a small blinds job at his parents’ home, he saw the industry’s limitations. Together, he and Liam built a digital solution—and demand was instant. By 2017, they’d left their jobs to grow DIYblinds full-time, starting with roller blinds and quickly expanding into shutters and curtains. In 2022, they launched HomePro to support the trade market, proving that great design should be accessible to everyone.
