To get the most accurate measurements, if you lay your roller blind on the floor, unroll a little bit of the fabric so that it is flat.
Step 1:
Take a faraway photo with your measuring tape starting from the edge of the fabric to the other end of the fabric.
Step 2:
Take a close-up photo of the overall width measurement.
Step 1:
Take a faraway photo with your measuring tape starting from the top of the curtain fabric to the floor.
Step 2:
Take a close-up photo of the overall drop measurement.
Step 3:
If your curtain is too short, show us how far off the floor the curtain is sitting.
Please ensure the frame edges are flush together to get the most accurate measurements.
Step 1:
Take a photo from a distance that shows the measuring tape stretched across the frame from edge to edge, capturing the full width.
Step 2:
Take a close-up photo of the overall width measurement.
Step 3:
Take a photo from a distance showing the measuring tape stretched across the frame from edge to edge.
Step 4:
Take a close-up photo that clearly shows the full drop measurement.
Submit a claim
Once you've measured your product, fill out the form with your original order details and photos of your blind. A member of our team will review your submission and be in touch to guide you through the next steps.
